Unable to activate my trial account

Hi

I have downloaded SierraChart and attempted to activate my free trial, but when I try to send an SMS to my phone it says {"ERROR":"Failed to send code to number. Maximum number of SMS messages already sent to Sierra Chart account using different SMS numbers. Further tries not allowed."} but I have not received any message containing an activation code, and I have checked several times to confirm I have inputted the correct phone number + country code. Any help with this issue would be appreciated.

Hi

I have a similar issue but it is not allowing me to activate my trial as my phone number has been used before on a previous trial using an old email account, of which I suspect has been hacked. I have started a new account, with a new email address but I only have the one phone number please help. I have no issue closing my previous account if necessary?

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary.

If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.

After your Sierra Chart usage time ends you need to pay for additional usage time through "Help >> Add Usage Credit".
