Hello, My MBO not working, it been goods for several months but not sure what happen with this month. I have followed all the steps and disconnect and reconnect but still not working, i don't see any payment pending. BTW, could you please also take a look and advise when we use F.US.MNQZ23 and F.US.ENQZ23, What is the different between them and which one is applied for my subscription (i guess under CQG but not sure). Any solutions that we can apply one time but no issue repeat month by month like this please. thank you! CV |

Yes you will get real-time data for both of those symbols with the exchange fee that you are paying. But you are not going to get any market by order data since you are not paying for market depth data. You currently have the following exchange active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts The above option does NOT include Market Depth data. This is why you are not getting any. You used to also have the following activated: - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts With this additional exchange active, you would get the Market Depth data for the CME exchange. This additional exchange did not renew on September 1, 2023 due to insufficient funds at that time. If you want the Market Depth data for the CME, then you would need to activate that exchange. 1. As to which exchanges you want, we can not say for sure. What we can tell you is that the NQ, ES, and RTY are all traded on the CME exchange. Per your message, we see that you just activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts". This will give you the Market Depth for the products that are traded on the CME exchange. If you keep the "Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts" active, then you will be able to get data (without Market Depth) for the CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX exchanges. If you do not need this, then you can deactivate this exchange. 2. This is the CQG symbology in general. The symbol F.US.MNQZ23 is for the "Micro E-Mini NASDAQ 100" index futures and F.US.ENQZ23 is for the "E-Mini NASDAQ 100" index futures. 3. The difference between these exchanges is that one is for the Full CME Group, which is composed of 4 exchanges - CME, CBOT, COMEX, and NYMEX. The other is just the CME exchange itself. Since you activated the "CME with Market Depth for Non-Professional Accounts", you should be getting the data. Start by going through the following instructions and make sure that everything is setup properly for the MBO data: Market By Order Data: Step-by-Step Instructions If you still have an issue after the above, then the first thing is to make sure you are properly getting the Market Depth data in general.
