You currently have the following exchange active: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for non-professional Trading accounts The above option does NOT include Market Depth data. This is why you are not getting any. You used to also have the following activated: - CME with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts With this additional exchange active, you would get the Market Depth data for the CME exchange. This additional exchange did not renew on September 1, 2023 due to insufficient funds at that time. If you want the Market Depth data for the CME, then you would need to activate that exchange.
