I traded today in SIM mode, and consistently - across 3 assets (CL, ES, NQ) entered both Long and Short positions using a bracket order, and was immediately stopped out successfully at my Targets, with an entry corresponding to my Target measures. I used my Trading DOM or Chart DOM to click my entry, and that did NOT track with all of my trades when I selected Show Fills on my chart. It was quite an ego boost, but I'd have preferred to accurately test some ideas... is there something I'm not aware of? I recently rolled 2 of those 3 contracts but I think the outlier eliminates that as a possible factor... |

We need to check a few items: - What is your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to? - You are not setup to get real-time data from us, are you getting real-time data from your trading service, or are you using the Delayed Streaming Data from us? - Are you using the built-in Simulation Mode with Sierra Chart or are you paper trading with your trading service? - What is the symbol of the chart exactly as it is entered for the chart? - Are you using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol"? If so, what is that symbol? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thanks for responding, John; I should have mentioned I am trading a Top-Step combine, so have not opted for any alternate data sources. - Current Selected Service - Rithmic Direct - DTC [trading]... Service Listing Server = Topstep Trader-Chicago Area-Non-Aggregate - confess to uncertainty here; I have not opted for Delayed Streaming Data, but it may be engaged due to my data source selection and overriding that to use Sim Mode... - Built-in Sim Mode; "Trade Simulation Mode On" Checked under Trade Menu. - CLV3.NYMEX; ESZ3.CME; & NQZ3.CME - Not using a 'Trade and Current Quote Symbol' I strongly suspect that I've interrupted TS's live data feed by entering Sim Mode, as there was virtually ZERO discrepancy trading pre-market this morning... |

When you turn on Simulation Mode you do not change your data. So you are getting the data from Rithmic. The issue you are having is not due to Delayed Data. We thought it might be, but given your setup, this would not be the case. Please export the Trade Activity page of the Trade Activity Log and be sure the Activity Filter is set to "All Activity" and that you have selected Apply if you make a change (i.e. make sure All Activity is actually displayed before exporting). Then attach the text file to this thread for us to take a look.
