We need to check a few items:
- What is your "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" set to?
- You are not setup to get real-time data from us, are you getting real-time data from your trading service, or are you using the Delayed Streaming Data from us?
- Are you using the built-in Simulation Mode with Sierra Chart or are you paper trading with your trading service?
- What is the symbol of the chart exactly as it is entered for the chart?
- Are you using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol"? If so, what is that symbol?
