When scroll bar is turned off (I use the toolbar 'Show Scroll Bar - SSB' button), at some point the main chart header disappears. I have to toggle the SSB button on/off to make the header re-appear. |

Is this a "Detached" chart? Or is this the main Sierra Chart window?

Main SC window, not detached. Has been happening for quite a while, even after updates.

Is the chart this happens with in a maximized state? Problems like this are well known to be operating system issues and if we cannot reproduce them there is nothing we can usually do. You should not be regularly removing and adding a scrollbar. You should stay with it either on or off, and if you have a problem restart Sierra Chart and do not change the state of the scrollbar because obviously Windows is having a problem with this in your case. Happens more frequently in maximised state but seen it when window is restored down. Occurs randomly...I'll click onto another chart in the workbook and when I click back its gone. Dont know another way to fix other than toggling scrollbar and restarting is not an option, so suffices as a workaround |

We have seen this a few times, but we have never been able to reproduce what causes, and hence be able to find a fix. The general issue is that the graphics are shifted up, just enough that you can not see the Chart Header line. If you can give us a workflow that reproduces this for you, that would be very helpful. It varies, here are some examples: - Just opened an existing workbook, charts are already maximised to the main window and header not visible. Click to another chart and back again and header appears - sometimes. - Click to some other charts in the workbook and header also missing. Toggle 'SSB' and header reappears. Clock to another chart and b ack again and its gone. Have posted a little video if it helps |
