Is the chart this happens with in a maximized state? Problems like this are well known to be operating system issues and if we cannot reproduce them there is nothing we can usually do. You should not be regularly removing and adding a scrollbar. You should stay with it either on or off, and if you have a problem restart Sierra Chart and do not change the state of the scrollbar because obviously Windows is having a problem with this in your case.
