Is there any way to get tpo data including volume data back to 2012?
I have tried via live feed and via sierra feed. The maximum I get is 2018.

thx

It depends on the symbol as to how much data is available. What is the symbol for which you are trying to get more data.

Also, refer to the following for how much data we have available:
Sierra Chart Historical Data Service: What is Included

And also refer to the following for help downloading more data:
Historical Intraday Data (Missing Data / Download Errors / Viewing More Data): Instructions to Download/View More Historical Intraday Data

Thx John,

I will check the documentation first. But in this case we are talking about the ES- future instrument.

thx again

As noted on the Historical Data page, you should be able to get data back to about 2011 for the ES.

sorry for bothering you again, but seems like Im not able to load an amount about 4380 days with the denali (SC all services)feed. I tried every step you recommended, but there is always a huge GAP between the year 2013, which ends for some reason september 2013 and starts with march 2023 (thats even not the cont. contract for the ESU23, because its june 16th).

Well, maybe you have time to support with this problem. I have been a sierra supporter for a while now. I'm probably missing some check mark again.

take quick look at the attached files.

thx.

If you are connected to Rithmic, then you will be getting the data from Rithmic, and they have a lack of historical data available. We are very surprised that you are able to get something from 2013 in your chart at all.

If you are connected to Sierra Chart (SC Data - All Services) then you would be getting our historical data, which, for daily data, goes back to October 2001.

Set this particular setting to 1 Minute:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)

And then follow these instructions to fully re-download the data for all contract months in the chart:
Continuous Futures Contract Charts: Re-Downloading Continuous Futures Contract Data

Also you will be limited on the amount of historical data you can get when using Rithmic due to single digit years in the symbols. So you need to use SC Data-All Services.
