If you are connected to Rithmic, then you will be getting the data from Rithmic, and they have a lack of historical data available. We are very surprised that you are able to get something from 2013 in your chart at all. If you are connected to Sierra Chart (SC Data - All Services) then you would be getting our historical data, which, for daily data, goes back to October 2001.
