Cannot Open 2nd instance running Current Version of Sierra Chart

I attempted updating my Sierra chart because that was recommended on an old post from 2020 referring to having a problem opening a 2nd instance. I cannot seem to find anything else I can do to trouble shoot this on my own. Can someone please tell me the relevant information I need to get to support to figure this out?

When you select "File >> New Instance" what exactly occurs?

Also, after you do this and the new instance does not start, open the Message Log (Window >> Message Log) in the Main Instance and see if there are any messages at the bottom that relate to this. Please copy and paste those messages to this thread (or send us your entire log by selecting "Send for Analysis" at the top of the window - be sure to let us know you did this).
