Hello dear Support from sierra chart. My name is omid and I live in iran. I did my research and I found out It's not possible for me to make an active funded account because of where I live and if I want the real time data for example cme and nymex I have to pay 2×127$ and a 46$ for charting stage 11 Is there any advice from you that might help me 1: decrease the amount of money that I have to pay ? And 2: if there is not a valid legal way can I pay these prices with usdt like on your trc20 or etc address since we don't have PayPal or American express or Visa card etc etc Sorry if my English is bad and I appreciate your time you are putting to help me 🤝 |

We are sorry, but there is nothing we can do about the cost of the exchanges. The exchange fees go to the exchanges themselves, so we are not setting these prices. And the CME Group requirement that you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to qualify for the Non-Professional exchange fees is from the CME Group. We are just enforcing their rules. So there really is nothing we can do to help with this. You can make a payment to us by Wire Transfer if that is what you need.
