This just started happening last night, never seen this error on Sierra before Is there some setting that got changed possibly on my end? I just wake my pc up from sleep like I always do, never have an issue, but today theres a huge gap in the charts and a popup on the charts that says this "Historical Download Skipped" Any Ideas? |

I have cleared the log, redownloaded the data and still got the error I have historical data for Rithmic username and password setup properly. Odd this just started happening overnight. first time its ever happened was this am, after computer was sleeping, as i do everyday... usually downloads the data right away missing. The message goes away quickly but the data has never come back on the charts so far today. Ill follow the directions now |

no dice, log came up empty after following directions. I will test again tonight to see if problem repeats and I will update the thread. TY John |

Have you received any data at all today? Are you having an issue with a single symbol or all symbols?

We want you to do the following. Update the main instance of Sierra Chart: Software Download: Fast Update Restart all of the sub instances if you were running any. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings And disable the use of custom symbol settings as explained in Step 6 of the above.
