Recently I noticed that the Minimum Quantity I have set for MBO data is no longer working. It was working fine before. I have gone back to the Symbol settings and all look correct. Has there been a change in the software? I also downloaded the most recent stable version of Sierra to make sure I'm using the latest. Let me know if you have any recommendations. Thanks.

The most common reason for this is that you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "No". In this case, the market depth data is coming from the symbol set for the Trade and Current Quote Symbol and if that symbol has a different Minimum Quantity, then you will see a difference.

If the above is the case, then either set the "Use as Trade Symbol Only" to "Yes", if you want to see the Market Depth for the main symbol, or set the Minimum Quantity for the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to be what you want.

Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu)

Hi John, I can confirm that my "Trade and Current Quote symbol" value is empty; and therefore, the "Use As Trade Only Symbol" value is set to "No."

As mentioned on my original message, I have set the Symbol to filter the MBO data so not to see everything, but only MBOs of a certain size and up.

I'm attaching a couple of screenshots with my settings (to be honest, not sure the system is really attaching them). Let me know if you see anything wrong. Thanks!

Apparently the system is deleting my attachments... not sure why.

The attachments are there, so we can see them.

Like we said, the most likely reason is the "Trade and Current Quote Symbol", but that does not apply here, so we have to find the "not so likely" reason.

Can you please give us an image of your chart showing the MBO data so we can see the numbers that are less than 10 that are showing. Please follow these instructions to get us an image:

In your Symbol Settings, you do not have the item at the top left for "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" enabled. This has to be enabled for the change you made to take affect.

John, thanks so much. That solved the problem. The strange thing is it was working fine before, so I do not know how that got unchecked. Anyhow, again, thanks!!!
