The most common reason for this is that you are using a "Trade and Current Quote Symbol" and the option for "Use as Trade Only Symbol" is set to "No". In this case, the market depth data is coming from the symbol set for the Trade and Current Quote Symbol and if that symbol has a different Minimum Quantity, then you will see a difference. If the above is the case, then either set the "Use as Trade Symbol Only" to "Yes", if you want to see the Market Depth for the main symbol, or set the Minimum Quantity for the Trade and Current Quote Symbol to be what you want.
