Sierra Chart doesn't update the chart graph - seems halted

Hi, I am using ticker ES futures with a Sim1 account. Unfortunately, after a while, the graph doesn't update with new data. I opened a short position, but the P/L of the position was updated and shows 25P, 30P, 35P and I flattened the position. Can you assist me with this problem? There is nothing in the log that shows any issues. I tried the link, but doesn't solve the issue. See attached screenshot, in particular, Task Manager - shows clearly there is a hang and Crash Reporter process is up. Thanks, |

The Crash Reporter software is always running, that way if there is a crash it can capture the information to help us determine the issue. Also, we do not see the Sierra Chart software in a "hanging" state in that Task Manager. We see that you are using Delayed data. One of things that can happen when using the Delayed data is that when the system has been disconnected and then connected, it will sometimes download data to the current time (not the current delayed time). Then the bars will not update until the delay time has passed (10 minutes and 10 seconds for the CME Group data). Once the delay time has passed, then the bars will start updating with the standard delay.
