Done all the steps to connect Rhythmic/Apex but no data

Hello John

I have followed all the steps religiously but no data on chart, neither live or historically.

The Steps I followed are:
1. opened a live funded account with AMP
2. Signed Denali agreement and subscribed to live data
3. Add Rhythmic/Apex username and password for just Trading and left Market Data and Historical Data empty
4. Opened existing chartbook and clicked Edit>>> Translate Symbols to Current Service
5. Made sure the chart showing the right symbol as per Rhythmic.

The only thing that I have not done yet, I did not connect to the Teton CME Routing with my funded account in the Data/Trade Service Settings, even though I have already signed Denali agreement and subscribed to real live data. I still have the whole month to connect once, but do I need to connect it first prior to getting live data or it is not a condition to see the data?

Yes.

The reason you are not getting real-time data from the Denali Data Feed, and historical data from the Denali Data Feed in the case of when using an external Trading service (Rithmic, CQG, Interactive Brokers), from the CME Group of exchanges is that you activated the *Non-Professional* exchange fees. However, you have not verified in the last month that you have a live, funded, futures trading account, which the CME needs in order to allow you data at the lower priced fees.

Rithmic paper trading or trading evaluator accounts are not considered a live funded futures trading account.

Thank you so much. That makes sense. Another question, once I verified my live funded account, I will connect back my Rhythmic/Apex account. The question is, for the trades on the evaluation account to pass from Sierra to Rhythmic rTrader, do I need to turn off the simulation mode on Sierra?

Yes, you need to turn off "Simulation Mode" in Sierra Chart in order to send your trades to Rithmic.
