Erro msg when placing a trade

Hi
I have received the following error msg when I attempted to place a live trade:

Trade Activity Log file read result: 335 records inserted. 0 records filtered. | 2014-07-10 21:59:15
Trade Activity Log file date-time limits: Sim record date-time limit is 2014-06-26 00:00:00. Non-sim record date-time limit is 2014-06-10 00:00:00. Non-sim fill record date-time limit is 2014-04-09 00:00:00. | 2014-07-10 21:59:15
Trade Order Error - FXCM order update (Rejected). Info: 19915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception
ORA-20001: Account is not in pool. Skip request for acct null
. Internal Order ID: 367. Service Order ID: (none). Symbol: AUDUSD | 2014-07-10 22:00:13

Can you please tell me what I have to do to correct this?

Make sure you have set Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >>Connection Details >> Account.

Usually this should be the same as Username. It needs to be set your FXCM account number.

Thank you for your response.

I checked the account details and they are all there and correct. I am getting the correct data feed as well.

the message below is the new message I received after checking account details:

This error text comes direct from the FXCM FIX server:
Info: 19915;DAS 19915: ZDas Exception
ORA-20001: Account is not in pool. Skip request for acct null


It is FIX field 58.

Contact FXCM and let them know you are getting that when submitting an order. Also let them know your account number.
