Hello, After market close today I am no longer able to download data for my charts. I get this message for all symbols: "Download Failed Error downloading historical Intraday data for TSLA-NQTV. Historical data logon error: Server data is disabled" I have updated my sierra chart version to the lastest. Updated global symbol settings, Unchecked "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values", and checked "Apply Intraday Session Times to Intraday Chart". I have also disconnected and reconnected my data feed. Please advise on what I should try next. Thanks, Dan |

We are aware of this. There is some maintenance we are doing with NASDAQ TotalView data which will be done in about an hour. For now you can use symbols without -NQTV at the end like TSLA. This was resolved. Around midnight. US Eastern time. You can now download the data. We had a problem where there was repeating data for trade date August 8 2023 for NASDAQ TotalView. If there is just simply follow the instructions here to re-download the data for that date: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
