This was resolved. Around midnight. US Eastern time. You can now download the data. We had a problem where there was repeating data for trade date August 8 2023 for NASDAQ TotalView. If there is just simply follow the instructions here to re-download the data for that date: Data Errors or Spikes in Charts, Flat or Flat Line Graph, Compressed Graph, Errors with Date/Time Values: 2.1.2 Deleting and Re-downloading Data.
