Hi guys I got a delay with the graphs (ES NQ YM RTY) The sierra thinks I havent enough margins (I charged 2500$ 2 days ago) -I tried to update new version (according to the new post from 01/08/2023) attached photo below. The first photo (M1) is the message what I got. The last photo (M5) is me asking if I'm on the correct payment page. Will be glad for help. Warm regards. |

The CME Group exchange you had active (Full CME Group with Market Depth) did not renew on August 1, 2023 due to insufficient funds in your account. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. This is separate from, and different from, your Sierra Chart Usage Time renewals. You need to have $34.25 in your Services Surplus in order to re-activate the exchange. You add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit You can then re-activate the exchange by going to the "Recurring Services" page, scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for "Reactivate Exchange". We see that you have activated the "CME with Market Depth" exchange, and everything else on your account looks good. Therefore, you should be getting real-time data for instruments that are traded on the CME exchange (such as ES, NQ, etc.). Just keep in mind that you will not be getting real-time data for any other instrument (such as Gold (GC) or Crude Oil (CL)) that is traded on another CME Group exchange. If you are having an issue with a CME Exchange symbol, then get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Close all of the Chartbooks with "File >> Close All Chartbooks". Open a single chart for the symbol you have an issue with through "File >> Find Symbol". Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".
