The CME Group exchange you had active (Full CME Group with Market Depth) did not renew on August 1, 2023 due to insufficient funds in your account. The exchanges renew on a calendar month basis. This is separate from, and different from, your Sierra Chart Usage Time renewals. You need to have $34.25 in your Services Surplus in order to re-activate the exchange. You add funds to your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=AddAccountCredit You can then re-activate the exchange by going to the "Recurring Services" page, scrolling to the bottom and selecting the button for "Reactivate Exchange".
