I'm trying to transfer my historical data to a second computer, but the long term continuous contract volume based rollover intraday charts aren't loading properly on my second machine. I copied most of my files from my "Data" folder over. When I select Edit -> Delete all data and download I get a "Download Failed Error downloading historical intraday data for ESU23_FUT_CME Historical data Zlib Error: invalid distance code." My 5 minute chart shows data leading up to 5-23-23 and then jumps to today's 8-1-23 data. Previously I got some "out of order timestamps detected" errors.

You have us curious if the new computer is a MAC.

Given what you state, we want you to set "Global Settings >> Sierra Chart Server Settings >> General >> Use Real-Time Data Compression" to "No Compression" and select OK to close that window.

Then select "File >> Reconnect".

Then try to redownload the data and see if it works for you.

Both machines are ubuntu running wine installations, but I've never really had issues before. Unfortunately I am still getting the same error. I have data up to 6-5-23 then a jump to 8-1-23 now. Should I try manually deleting all my scid files? I was doing "Edit -> Edit/Download Intraday data" and deleting and downloading since just before the error data eg 5-20-23.

From Msg Log
"Error downloading historical intraday data for ESU23_FUT_CME Historical data zlib error Invalid stored block lengths"
