Hi Support, I'm still tweaking my chart and DOM setup since moving over from Tradovate last week and i'm having issues displaying the level 2 data i pay for. See the screenshots attached. My setup just shows one price whereas the setup video shows the full price book. How do i change my display to show the correct feed i'm paying for? Thanks, Adam. |

You are not setup to get any real-time data for the CME Group from us. Therefore, the data you are getting is from Rithmic. As such, you would need to ask your broker about why you are not getting more market depth data. If you are wanting to get real-time data from us for the CME Group, then you first need to understand the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart at least once a month for verification. Refer to the information here: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges Keep in mind that Prop Firm accounts do not count towards this requirement.
