You are not setup to get any real-time data for the CME Group from us. Therefore, the data you are getting is from Rithmic. As such, you would need to ask your broker about why you are not getting more market depth data.

If you are wanting to get real-time data from us for the CME Group, then you first need to understand the CME Group requirement that you have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart at least once a month for verification. Refer to the information here:

Keep in mind that Prop Firm accounts do not count towards this requirement. If you do not have an account that will meet the requirements, then refer to the solution outlined at the following link:
