Hello, I have opened a position yesterday with SL and TP set, then I turned off the application. I saw today that the TP has been hit and the position is closed. But on the trade window the P/L is running like the positions is still opened and does not allow me to flatten it... why is that??? How can I reset the trade window?? Thank you |

Is this a Simulated trade or a live trade? If a live trade, what order routing service are you using? For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

it's live trade! I use Rhytmic direct with APEX. I checked that my order has been close correctly on the server, but it was running on the trade window of SC. Please tell me what do I need on the setting to allow overnight trading, I couldn't even close the trade from the trade position windows buy clicking "flatten all".. it was keeping running! How can I fix that? Further more, to refresh I exited the application and when I re-entered SC automatically opened a trade closing the previous one, a trade that also affected the server |

The problem is that you did not receive the information from Rithmic that there was another "Fill" that closed out the position. This is due to the services not keeping the information for a long enough period of time, therefore when your system was turned on, Rithmic did not have the information to send. To fix this particular issue, you would need to enter the offsetting Fill in your Trade Activity Log. Refer to the following: Trade Activity Log: Missing Order Fills from Trade Activity Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
