been using sierra on this computer for a long time with no issues. using most recent version- 2523. started getting this message this morning, over and over. restarted computer, re-downloaded platform, firewall settings are set to allow sierra on both private and public networks, not sure what else to do here. it is still allowing orders to go thru, it just keeps popping up with this message. please advise.

You can safely disregard that. There is a problem connecting to the Rithmic web server but not for something that is critical if you have already the connection to Rithmic.

Gotcha- rithmic issue. And I’d love to disregard it but it keeps popping up and blocking my chart :)

Same here. I am getting data and everything seems to be running fine....the message log keeps popping up and blocking my charts.

I got around it by detaching the chart and the dom, and minimizing the main window. Worked, but the Sierra icon had a red indicator bar across it on the task bar. Rithmic got all the orders tho. Very weird.
