The Alert Manager does not have a "sorting" ability. The only option is whether the alerts are displayed in ascending or descending order.

You have to use the Alerts Log in the Alert Manager. There is simply no other way.

There is not a way to not show an alert in the Alert Manager.

The only option would be to turn off the alert in that particular study.

Be sure the option for "Enabled" is not checked. Refer to the following:

As we answered previously, the answer is "No". There is not a way to not have the alerts added to the Alert Manager.

The one option that may work for you is to use the "Compact Alert Popup Window". You can have this come up for a certain Alert Number that you would assign to a certain alert. The other alerts would not use this. Then when that particular alert is true, you would get the popup. Refer to the following:
General Settings Window: Add Alert to Compact Alert Popup Window (Global Settings >> General Settings >> Alerts >> Additional Settings)

You modify the particular Alert Number and set the option for "Add Alert to Compact Alert Popup Window". Then use that Alert Number in the alert for which you want this to occur. And do NOT use this alert number for any other alerts.

Refer to the following:

There is not a way to manually do this. It will open, when there is an alert that uses it.

The program has to be running for the alerts to occur. They are part of your local program, therefore the program has to be running.

What exactly would you like to have occur when the Spreadsheet Formula is True?

Are you wanting just a sound alert, or do you you want the bars to change colors, etc.?

"What exactly would you like to have occur when the Spreadsheet Formula is True?

Are you wanting just a sound alert, or do you you want the bars to change colors, etc.?"

i dont have a problem to get the above....

i will give an example for the issue i have:
lets suppose that id2.sg1 ("study subgraph above/below bar as text" study, which connect to id1.sg1 "spreadsheet formula" study )
active TODAY at 12:34:03 (id1.sg1 "spreadsheet formula" study is TRUE at this time) and it display on the chart by background color
(i see vertical line at this time on the chart).
***so far so good.
lets suppose that TOMMOROW i will try to find if id1.sg1 was active, and this is the problem i have.
for finding this id1.sg1 (vertical line background color), i need to go back in the chart manually and find it with my eyes, and it will take long time.

To do what you want, add an Alert to the "Spreadsheet Formula" study that has the following formula:
=SG1

Since this alert is already on the Spreadsheet Formula study, you do not need to specify the study itself (i.e. no ID#).

Then use an Alert Number that does not have a sound (unless you want a sound). This way, you can then look in the Alert Manager for this particular alert to find when it occurred.

the alert manager only show me the alerts that will active only when the program is active, no?
(so, lets suppose that the id1.sg1 had happen 5 days ago at 12:34:03, i will not see it in the alert manger)

Your last statement is correct. The Alerts are only local to the program, so the program has to be running in order to get an alert.

You would have to find the alert in the Alert Manager (assuming that you have not closed the system, as the alerts are not kept) and find that particular alert within the Alert Manager and then you can go to the chart and find the alert itself to see the formula.
