I can't reactivate Teton+Denali when I click on Activate Service

I can't reactivate Teton+Denali when I click on Activate Service 1) Message Log shows Teton and Denali heartbeat received. 2) "M" is missing on charts. 3) Dialog shows URL to reactivate. 4) I have 12.00 USD Services Surplus and Denali Exchange Data Fees is set to renew on 2023-07-29 5) From URL, I click on "Activate Services" but it takes me right back to 3) URL to Activate Services 6) ?? I click again on URL and takes me to "Activate Services" but again when I click on this link it takes me right back to 3) URL to Activate Services. What am I doing wrong? |

We do not understand why you would have "CME (M)" on your chart? "CME" is not a valid symbol, is the name of the exchange. Please try opening a chart for the symbol ES by selecting "File >> Find Symbol" and then opening the section for the CME Exchange and finding the ES within this section, opening that up and selecting the U contract for this year. Given that you are setup for the Teton Order Routing, your symbol should be ESU23_FUT_CME. Let us know if you have any issues with this. Doesn't the [M]show Denali is connected? I was disconnected but now the M has appeared. ESU23_FUT_CME[M]1 MIN E-MINI S&P 500 FUTURES "Press OK. Then head over to 'File >>> Connect to Data Feed' on the menu to connect to data feed and trading servers. There should be a symbol [M] next to the chart symbol that shows Denali data feed is working correctly." |

Yes, the [M] shows that you are getting the data from us. When you stated "CME[M]" it did not make any sense, but now that we see the image we understand what you are trying to say.
