I tried trading MCL this morning and I could not execute a trade. Do I have access to NYMEX? I looked up my account and it appears that I am currently subscribed to it.

You are set to get the Full CME Group data from us (which includes NYMEX). So it is not a data issue. When you try to place an order and it does not go through, open the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and paste the information from there into this thread. It should give you a reason for the rejection of the order. Refer to the following: Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

I checked with my broker and they said I need to check with Sierra as you provide the data. Attached file pic.

That is a Rithmic order rejection, you need to contact your broker about that. Sierra Chart has no control over that.
