You are set to get the Full CME Group data from us (which includes NYMEX). So it is not a data issue.

When you try to place an order and it does not go through, open the "Trade >> Trade Service Log" and paste the information from there into this thread. It should give you a reason for the rejection of the order. Refer to the following:
