i was playing around with another chartbook today that was open in a second instance of sierra chart. Its a chartbook i downloaded a while ago, but today was first time using it. When i went to close the chartbook (in non sim mode) sierra is telling me that i have open orders. I opened the trade positions window and it is showing a cuple orders that are on a sim account, so i tried canceling orders on sim as well as trying to flatten in normal mode, but still get the error when i go to exit out of the chartbook, i assume this is just a stupid error and nothing to worry about? I know i dont have any open orders with my trading service but i just dont want any orders to trigger i dont kno about its unnerving to see that error. I did flatten in every way i could think of and am getting message in log that that cannot flatten cuz positions dont exist. One other question. Is it possible to transfer over a single chart from one chartbook to another? Thanks! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-05-11 23:52:58

In the sub instance, disable Trade Simulation Mode: Trade Menu: Trade Simulation Mode On (Trade menu) Cancel the orders: Trading Information Windows: Canceling All Orders Flatten the positions: Trading Information Windows: Flatten Trade Positions If the position still exists and that does not work then clear the trade activity data for the particular Symbols and Trade Accounts that you see in the sub instance as positions, in the main instance: Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data One other question.
