In the sub instance, disable Trade Simulation Mode:
Trade Menu: Trade Simulation Mode On (Trade menu)

Cancel the orders:
Trading Information Windows: Canceling All Orders

Flatten the positions:
Trading Information Windows: Flatten Trade Positions

If the position still exists and that does not work then clear the trade activity data for the particular Symbols and Trade Accounts that you see in the sub instance as positions, in the main instance:
Trade Activity Log: Clearing Trade Activity Data



One other question. Is it possible to transfer over a single chart from one chartbook to another?
