Missing Data - Sierrachart (Apex Funded Account) - Please Read as this seems unique!

Hi SC - I know there are issues between SC and Rithmic (I have read the relevant sections) but please continue to read............ I have a funded account with APEX and I use Sierrachart as my trading platform (with Rithmic data). Today when I opened my platform, there was missing data for symbol ES (ESM3.CME). The gap in the data occurs between when I closed my platform yesterday afternoon (12.03pm ET) until I opened it today (08.55am ET). See attached image 1 (aqua circle). Even when I open a brand new chart in Sierrachart, the data still appears missing for ESM3.CME symbol. What’s strange is that I’ve opened another chartbook I use for Crude Oil symbol (CLM3) and that has loaded-up fine with all data between now and yesterday present. So, the problem appears to be isolated to ES? Attached image 2 shows what the ES chart should look like, using CQG data (F.US.EPM23). The pink circle here shows the actual data that is missing from Rithmic chart. Thoughts? Thanks, Alan. |

We can not help with Rithmic data. This is just the way it is. We can not explain why some symbols work properly for the historical data and some do not.

You say you are using Rithmic data, but you should be getting data from the Denali Exchange Data Feed based upon the exchange that you have active and the verified trading account date.
