Hello SC team. I hope you are doing well.
I have question about different data. My friend and I trade together on Sim account and mi broker is Interactive Brokers (in Data/Trade Service Settings as well) and he use AMP with CQG (in Data/Trade Service Settings as well).
We both pay for package 11 with Denali data and both we have in chart (M) symbol which means we are using Denali data. But for some reason we have different looking candles and close of candles are different as well. I attache screenshot from both of us to compare charts but it seems that we have diffrent data even thought we pay package 11 and in chart we have symbol (M).
Would you have any advice where could be a problem please?
We have the same Time zone and same Session start time and Session end time as well.
I am very appologize for maybe silly question.

Thank you for what you do in SC. It is an amazing platform:)

There are a number of possibilities as to why you have slightly different bars in the charts, as there are numerous settings that can affect them. For example, if one of you has the option for "Combine Trades into Original Summary Trade", then that would lead to differences in the charts, particularly for a Volume chart.

We can not go through and list all of the possible items.

One recommendation we can make is to copy the chartbook from one of your systems to the other and then see if the chart is exactly the same on that other system. If it is different, then it is something in the chart settings. If it is the same, then we would recommend redownloading the data on the other system to ensure that you have all the data and something did not get missed.

Also make sure you are both using the same "Intraday Storage Time Unit". Refer to the following:
Data/Trade Service Settings: Intraday Data Storage Time Unit (Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Common Settings)
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
