Hi, I am not receiving real time data. I have logged into my cqg account and back out then restarted sierra and nothing. Any more tips for this? I have paid for cme data via exchanges, anything else i can try? Cheers. |

Everything on your account looks good, so you should be getting the data for any symbol traded on the CME Exchange. If you are still having an issue, then please get us your Message Log by following these instructions: Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only. Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect". Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed". After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions: Support Board Posting Information: How to Post Your Message Log (Required In Some Cases) We will then determine what the problem is. Hey, I have tried the above disconnect and re-connect prior to me contacting you but nothing. 1) Under Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings, Try "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feed" = Yes. Yours is set to disabled. 2) The current ES contract is ESM23-CME (June 2023). Change your chart symbol in chart settings from ESH23-CME (March 2023 is expired) to ESM23-CME (June 2023). Really not sure why i loaded one singular chart of the old contract, my chartbook is using the correct one. It would appear that allowing the support for the data feed has corrected my issue. Many thanks. |
