E-mini futures lack of intraday data

Hi,
I'm using IB as my account and data service.
For some reason I do not see any Intra day data for emini futures.
(I do see intra day data for other products : Currency, USO, Stocks).

Please advise

Make sure you are using the proper symbol. One way is to use "File >> Find Symbol" and update/open a chart from that window.

You can also refer to the following information for IB symbols:

If it is not a symbol issue then we would need to see your Message Log by following these instructions:

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Open a chart for the symbol you have an issue with. Tell us that symbol of the chart. Tell us about *one* symbol only.

Disconnect from the data feed with "File >> Disconnect".

Connect to the data feed with "File >> Connect to Data Feed".

After the connection and after about 10 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

We will then determine what the problem is.

You really need to use the Denali Data Feed . Complete the agreements here and activate the exchange you need:

This will bypass all of the data issues from Interactive Brokers. Let us know if you need help.

Once that is all done:

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.
