i how do i change my account to non professional , because at the moment it is tagges as professional

In order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account to which you can connect your Sierra Chart software for verification. If you have an account that meets these requirements, then you need to fill out the Exchange Agreements again and put the information for the account in the "Uniform Subscriber Agreement" where it asks for the FCM and Account Number. You can redo the agreements at the following link. You first need to update your Account Information, as we pull the data from this for these forms. Since you do not have a valid Address in your Account Information, it is not valid for the agreements. You can update the information for your account at the following link: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ManageAccountInfo Then you can redo the agreements and be sure to enter your trading account information for the FCM/Broker and Account Number. Your address information is good, but you still did not enter any information for the FCM or Trading Account information. For the FCM, you need to enter your Futures Clearing Merchant, or your broker. You need to have a live, funded, futures trading account in order to be considered a Non-Professional for the CME Group. If you do not have an account that works for this, then you would have to pay the Professional fees.
