Charts Not Updating

I dropped my Denali feed at the end of March and started using Rithmic. To make sure there wouldn't be any problems with the change I have used Rithmic for the past two weeks without issue. However when I started Sierra this evening I found that none of my charts were updating even though I am clearly connected to Rithmic. I actually new there was a problem right away because as soon as I opened a Chartbook I got the message that Historical Download was skipped. I have tried restarting the program, restarting PC, installing the previous release, and installing the pre-release without any effect at all. I'm at a loss at this point and obviously could use some help.

Activate the exchange that you need here:

You really do not want to use the Rithmic data feed. You are only going to have issues. You just need to pay a small exchange fee.

I have to admit I'm really confused at this point. Why do I need to activate exchanges when I'm not using Denali anymore? Another issue seems to be that when I try to go to my Account Control Panel I consistently get a error 404 message. At that point I am instructed to fill out a Account Support Ticket. Again, I tested Rithmic for 2 weeks without issue and appear to be connected to Ritmic now but nothing is updating.
