CL chart and DOM frozen

Hello, We are using Sierra w/Ironbeam data feed. The July CL chart and DOM are frozen. We tried to 'refresh trade data from service', 'edit/download data-Intraday chart, and 'Delete & Download data' and nothing is working. Please advise. Regards |
