I talked to CQG support just now, and while they can not directly provide support for Sierra Chart, they confirmed that they are not aware of any issues at their end, and they are seeing EMD prices at 1400 level, which is correct. I have deleted my data file, restarted / redownload EMDU14 data, and while the downloaded data is correct, live price is at around 2800 level. That is, exactly double of what real prices are

We have looked into this, and really the only reasonable possibility here is that CQG is sending the wrong prices. There can be almost no doubt about this at all. CQG has changed the format of the data. We have talked to them about this but they did not provide any direct help. We think we know how to resolve it and we already implemented a solution that appears to be working properly. Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease. For the data in the chart that has data errors, re-download it. Seems like CQG is not aware of the actual prices they are transmitting and how to adjust the data properly.
