CQG has changed the format of the data. We have talked to them about this but they did not provide any direct help. We think we know how to resolve it and we already implemented a solution that appears to be working properly.

Update Sierra Chart by selecting Help >> Download Prerelease.

For the data in the chart that has data errors, re-download it.

Seems like CQG is not aware of the actual prices they are transmitting and how to adjust the data properly.
