oops, spoke too soon, i reverted back to 2393 for CQG Data, but im still getting that error message. do i need to clear any cached data or something?

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log:
Message Log: Clearing the Message Log

Connect to the data feed:

Select "File >> Disconnect"

Select "File >> Connect to Data Feed"

After about 30 seconds, provide a copy of the Message Log following these instructions:

As you highlighted the following is the important message:

You need to call your broker and ask them about why they disabled your account. This is not something we can help with.
