Can I ask for a favor? I am planning to go to plan 11 from March and I am preparing a PC which has not been used for 7 months. Would you be able to offer a few days access to SC (EUREX-DAX) so I can update my chartbooks? It can be a delay market access or a demo.

The Delayed Streaming Data for EUREX is available with all packages at no cost. Refer to the following:

If you were to want the real-time data, then you would have to pay the exchange fee for the month.

The SC/PC I have not used for 7 months was on AMP/CQG data before. Now I try to log in using my account number AC107476 and SC password. However when I am changing data from CQG WebAPI to SC Data - All Services and press confirm the platform close by itself. When I open it, it is back to the old set-up (CQG/AMP).

What can I do? I am not on any package at the moment - planing to start one from March.

Thank you for the activation - however, nothing has changed. I cannot set SC platform to SC data - all services. Once I do it the platform is still closing by itself.

Regarding the update: I trade DAX (EUREX) and my current SC version is 2391. Shall I update to the 2480 version?

I have SC installed on my laptop and everything works. I used SC on my laptop once I paid for package 11. However, the PC I am referring to has been used 7 months ago when I used AMP/CQG/EUREX. Now when I try to switch to SC data - all services, SC is shutting down any time I try to make the switch.

There are no restrictions on the version and being able to trade EUREX products. You just need to have a broker that allows trading EUREX through CQG or Rithmic.
