The SC/PC I have not used for 7 months was on AMP/CQG data before. Now I try to log in using my account number AC107476 and SC password. However when I am changing data from CQG WebAPI to SC Data - All Services and press confirm the platform close by itself. When I open it, it is back to the old set-up (CQG/AMP).

What can I do? I am not on any package at the moment - planing to start one from March.
