Not able to see market depth for buy/sell side on DOM

I recently activated the Service Package 11 (Integrated Advanced) and the description states that it comes with Market Depth for full CME products. However, when I open up the DOM and Market Depth I am unable to view any more than 2 levels. I would like to be able to view the entire chain or be able to customize how many levels I am able to see.

As you can see in the attached screenshots, the DOM does not show all of the market depth on ES for both Buy and Sell side. Typically, most DOMS will show about 10 levels for each but currently I am only able to view 2 levels. How do I view the full chain up and down for buy/sell side? I have seen others with Sierra Chart DOMs view 50 levels or the entire level from start to end of the trading day.

Second question: Does the Service Package 11 come with this fucntionality? I would assume so as its an advanced package, but please let me know otherwise.

On the DOM, check this setting to see if it helps:

Chart > Chart Settings > Market Depth > Maximum Market Depth Levels

I believe a "0" sets depth level to max.

@ondafringe

Appreciate the response, I checked the settings on the DOM and the Market Depth Levels is set at "0".

I have uploaded a screenshot of the settings in case something else is off.

Thank you

Only other thing I can think of is, maybe your CME exchange agreement doesn't allow for market depth. Might want to check that.

It is as ondafringe notes. Your exchange selection does not include the Market Depth data. You can change your exchange options at the following link:

Just be aware that when you activate an exchange, you will pay the full amount for the month, regardless of when, within the month, you have activated it.

Hi John - Thank you for the update, if I switch to the Full CME Group package, do I still need to purchase the $11.50 add on for market depth (non-professional) or will the Full CME Group package for $34.25 already include the market depth data?

Please see attached screenshot for reference.

The Full CME Group with Market Depth ($34.25 per month) gives you all the data from the CME Group with Market Depth. You would not need any other exchange option enabled (you would want to deactivate the Full CME Group exchange that you have currently activated).

If you just want to add the CME Exchange with Market Depth (this is the CME exchange alone, not the full CME Group), then you would keep your existing exchange option (to get data without Market Depth for NYMEX, COMEX, and CBOT) and add the CME with Market Depth exchange ($11.50 per month).
