The Full CME Group with Market Depth ($34.25 per month) gives you all the data from the CME Group with Market Depth. You would not need any other exchange option enabled (you would want to deactivate the Full CME Group exchange that you have currently activated). If you just want to add the CME Exchange with Market Depth (this is the CME exchange alone, not the full CME Group), then you would keep your existing exchange option (to get data without Market Depth for NYMEX, COMEX, and CBOT) and add the CME with Market Depth exchange ($11.50 per month).
