Hello, I have a problem displaying number bars. Only when I open Sierra Chart do I see data. Data that was previously in the market is not displayed to me. See the screenshot. The data is displayed correctly in the Studies Number Bars Calculated Values. I've looked everywhere for a solution, but unfortunately I can't get any further. Reinstalling didn't help either. On my other PC everything works without problems. I ask for support. https://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1676561900887.png |

The general issue with the numbers bars is related to the lack of historical data from CQG. But we can not fully understand how you can have one computer working fine and one not. Both should be having issues. Please let us know the following for each computer: - Sierra Chart software version (select Help >> About to get this) - Setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service - Setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds --- The real solution to this, regardless of the situation with your computers, is that you need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We stopped support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX in version 2394, so any version newer than this will not be able to get the CQG data. Refer to the following for more information on our Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing Date Time Of Last Edit: 2023-02-16 18:24:35

Newer versions of Sierra Chart do not support CME and EUREX data from CQG. This is the reason for the issue. You need to obtain the data through the Denali Data Feed. Let us know if you need help with that. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Try to keep your questions brief and to the point. I can't find the Denali data feed under Data/Trade Service Settings - Current Selected Service (List).

It is not directly listed there. It works with many of the different Trading services and the following: To access historical and streaming market data independent from your Trading service. Follow these instructions. Set "Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service" to "SC Data-All Services". Press "OK" And then translate the symbols in your Chartbooks and Sierra Chart using this "Edit' menu command: Edit Menu: Edit >> Translate Symbols To Current Service (Translate Symbols to Current Service) You can then use the data provided by Sierra Chart independent of your trading service.
