The general issue with the numbers bars is related to the lack of historical data from CQG.

But we can not fully understand how you can have one computer working fine and one not. Both should be having issues.

Please let us know the following for each computer:
- Sierra Chart software version (select Help >> About to get this)
- Setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Current Selected Service
- Setting for Global Settings >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds

The real solution to this, regardless of the situation with your computers, is that you need to use our Denali Exchange Data Feed. We stopped support for CQG data for the CME Group and EUREX in version 2394, so any version newer than this will not be able to get the CQG data.
