I registered and entered the trial version that before buying other things you need to buy Base/Integrated. It was supposed to cost $26 took $52. Did you somehow manage to make this purchase 2 days ago. Install the package as in the attachment. Currently, I cannot activate these because of the selected package. I need data from the following futures contracts: - F.US.EPZ22 - F.US.EPH23 - F.US.EPM23 A colleague has now sent me a list of things he needs to read data from the following graphs: - Denali - Activated Exchange: Full (CME,CBOT,COMEX,NYMEX) with Market Depth for non-professional Trading accounts = cost USD 68.50 (2 months cost) - Denali - Activated Exchange: fairx_exchange.data always active = cost $0 - Exchange Data Feed: 250 Real-Time Symbols (1st Connection) = cost $25 - Activated Exchange: CBOE Indices = cost $5.25 I rush too fast and I see that I activated the wrong things, is there any way to change it or undo what I did? Currently, the data from the charts are not loading, the chart is black. |

So far, you have not done anything wrong. The only thing you have done is purchase Package 3 twice, so you have two months worth of the package. But you can change your package at any time, so it's not a problem, and if you want us to refund the second month you added, we can do that for you. The first thing that needs to be understood with regards to the data, is that in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange price, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account. For more information on this, refer to the following: Real-Time Exchange Data Feeds Available From Sierra Chart: Understanding and Accessing Data From the CME, CBOT, NYMEX, COMEX Exchanges If you have an account that will qualify per the above, then the next thing you need to do is to be on one of the "Integrated" packages, as you can not get the real-time data for the CME Group otherwise. Refer to the information for the Integrated Packages here: Description of Service Packages and Pricing: Integrated Packages And finally, in order to actually setup the data feed, follow the instructions at the following link: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |
