So far, you have not done anything wrong. The only thing you have done is purchase Package 3 twice, so you have two months worth of the package. But you can change your package at any time, so it's not a problem, and if you want us to refund the second month you added, we can do that for you. The first thing that needs to be understood with regards to the data, is that in order to get the data for the CME Group at the non-professional exchange price, you need to have a live, funded, futures trading account.
